The subject of this condition cannot move. The subject must make a STR check in order to remove the condition. When the subject removed the effect, they are either prone or supine. The subject has disadvantage when making attack rolls. Attacks against the subject by the creature which is grappling are made with advantage. (roll 1d4, if the number is odd, the subject is prone, if the number is even, the subject is supine)
