While a subject is under this effect, they cannot move unless they have the ability to fly. The subject moves downward 500ft on each turn, or until they land on a surface. When the subject lands on a surface, they are no longer falling, and become either prone or supine. (roll 1d4, if the number is odd, the subject is prone, if the number is even, the subject is supine)
The subject of this effect has disadvantage on any attacks they make and an creature attacking the subject has disadvantage on their attacks against them.
