As counterpart to The Old World, this continental archipelago is home to many fantastical peoples and beasts. The primary sapient denizens are the Animalfolk, and elves. The latter of which, now disconnected from their homeland have slowly devolved until most of them are little more than beasts themselves, though some small populations have managed to hold onto more of themselves than others. The pixie population has become completely feral. The fairies have managed to hold onto their minds, however they have been hunted into near extinction by the pixies, and as such their few remaining settlements are kept well hidden.
