While a subject is under this effect, they cannot move unless they have the ability to fly. The subject moves downward 250ft on each turn, or until they land on a surface. When the subject lands on a surface they fall flat. If the subject uses a flying speed to move, they lose the Falling condition.
The subject of this effect has disadvantage on any attacks they make and any creature attacking the subject has disadvantage on their attacks against them.
