A wounded creature has been grievously injured. The subject of this effect takes 1d4 damage at the beginning of their turn. If the subject of this condition moves, they take 1d6 damage for every 15ft of movement. (whether or not this movement is voluntary) The creature stops being wounded if they are healed at least 15 HP or if they are healed to their max HP.

When an enemy makes an attack roll on a wounded creature, 1d6 damage is added to their attack damage on a successful hit.

A creature who is dealt maximum damage on at least half of the damage dice rolled against them during an attack (rounded up) becomes wounded.
