Whether you have studied your mind for decades in isolation, or simply born with an innate connection to the astral plane, you have the ability to manipulate the minds of others and the world around you with your thoughts alone.

Starting at first level, you have access to psychic points you can used to psychic points repesenting your mental capacity to exert your will on others and the world. There are 5 levels of psychic points, as well as legendary psychic points attained at 26th level. You begin at 1st level with 2 level 1 psychic points.
